Mr. Henderson has more than 15 years experience in Financial Controller and Finance Director roles for telecommunications, service, manufacturing and distribution businesses.

Mr. Henderson has held senior finance roles in Lion Nathan Ltd, Pepsi Cola Bottlers Pty Ltd, Tech Pacific Holdings (the largest distributor of technology products in Australasia), and Godrej Pacific Joint Venture, in India (a Joint Venture company with Tech Pacific).

Paul has crafted a specialty in working with young companies to develop and implement their financial & performance management systems, both locally and internationally. He has the ability to assist the set up and optimise financial systems for management reporting, budgeting, decision-making with a focus on driving profit growth and maximising cashflows.

Mr. Henderson has a Bachelor of Business Studies Degree (BBS) from Massey University, New Zealand and is a Chartered Accountant (CA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand.

Paul has been resident in Australia since 1990, and enjoys tennis, cycling, spending time in the bush and following a variety of sports in particular rugby union. He resides in Sydney and has a grown up family.
