Mr. Nissen is Chairman of The Kalori Group, and maintains an active advisory and investing practice in both the United States and Australia. Ron has more than 25 year of experience in the IT and Telecommunications market. Key appointments included:

	Vice President for Unisys Inc in Europe responsible for their
	Government, Airlines, Telecommunications and Commercial business throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa;
	Regional Vice President for Motorola in Australia and New
	Zealand and a Member of the Asian Management Board;
	Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer of AAPT prior to
	the full acquisition of AAPT by Telecom NZ;
	Executive Chairman National Telecoms Group.

He was previously a Director of the Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA).

Ron is currently a Member of the Advisory Board of Oracle Australia / NZ, a Director of Xylogy Research Pty Limited and a Board Member of the COLT (Co-operative Optical Leading Testbed) Projects in Tasmania and Victoria. He also consults to major overseas companies on business process improvement.

He is a graduate of the Royal Military College Duntroon and served in South Vietnam and Papua New Guinea and had a three-year exchange appointment with the British Army. He is also a graduate of the Royal Military College of Science in the UK and of the University of Sydney with a Batchelor of Science.

Ron is Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
