Ron has over 25 year of experience in the IT and Telecommunications market. Key appointments included Vice President for Unisys Inc in Europe responsible for their Government, Airlines, Telecommunications and Commercial business throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa; Regional Vice President for Motorola in Australia and NZ and a Member of the Asian Management Board; Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer of AAPT prior to the full acquisition of AAPT by Telecom NZ; Executive Chairman National Telecoms Group.

Mr. Witt's investment practice seeks value-capturing well positioned businesses within the ICT, communications & healthcare technology sectors, and built by experienced executives. His 15 years in line-level operations included management of acquisitions, distribution networks, marketing & sales, and strategic relationships. Chris brings an ability to assist Boards & Executives to sharpen their strategic focus, unlock value through clarity and execution, leverage the business into new markets, or commercialise promising development efforts.

Mr. Wright has more than 15 years experience in Information, Communications and Technology (ICT) markets and has a well developed skill set in the management of ICT businesses and in particular in the execution of best practice objectives and negotiation of successful commercial arrangements.  As a result he is well placed to quickly ascertain the value, opportunities and risks within ICT businesses. In recent years, he has assisted a number of international clients to make informed investment decisions and achieve key milestones.

Mr. Henderson has more than 15 years experience in Financial Controller and Finance Director roles for telecommunications, service, manufacturing and distribution businesses. He has held senior finance roles in Lion Nathan Ltd, Pepsi Cola Bottlers Pty Ltd, Tech Pacific Holdings (the largest distributor of technology products in Australasia), and Godrej Pacific Joint Venture, in India (a Joint Venture company with Tech Pacific). Paul has crafted a specialty in working with young companies to develop and implement their financial & performance management systems.

Geoff Waring is on the faculty of the Australian Graduate School of Management since 1998, where he teaches in executive programs and writes in strategy and entrepreneurship. He is a member of McKinsey and Company's strategy faculty for internal training of McKinsey consultants worldwide, and advises & facilitates on entrepreneurial strategy development in private practice.

As the Entrepreneur in Residence of The Kalori Group, Carlos brings a wealth of experience both at the corporate and small to medium business level. With his background in finance and general management, and knack for team building and packaging solutions for customers, Carlos combines those crucial skills for generating early revenues and finding tracking in newly formed markets.
